Telehealth services in Denver during Coronavirus

Due to Coronavirus and all the disruptions coming along with it, CORtherapy has adapted and is offering HIPPA compliant video sessions to new and existing clients.

Of course in person therapy is ideal, but we are not living in ideal times. Telehealth sessions are available to provide you the support you need right now.

Coronavirus and Your Mental Health

There’s no doubt that we are all living in a stressful time. While this is a universal challenge, fraught with fear and uncertainty, we also recognize the unique and individual struggles and challenges during this time. This crisis has most likely disrupted your life in a very abrupt manner. Whether you are home alone and lonely, stressed and scared because you are a frontline worker, fearful of losing your job (or having lost your job), overwhelmed with your children home all day, experiencing an increase in anxiety, depression and/or increased urges to engage in eating disorder behaviors or other maladaptive ways of coping during stressful times, we understand and are here to support you. On top of all of this, perhaps you are experiencing intensified feelings of isolation and loneliness. We are social creatures and we need social contact and support, especially in times of crisis.

What is telehealth and how does it work?

Telehealth is a fancy word for remote video sessions. You can stay in the comfort of your own home (we recommend finding a quiet and comfortable space during your session).  All you need is a computer, phone or ipad with a camera.

It’s easy. If you are a new client, simply fill out the appointment request form and a therapist will get back to you within 24 hours. You will receive a welcome email with some online paperwork to fill out and all necessary and relevant information to get started.

Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to your video session. All you need to do is copy and paste that into a new browser.
